  • With the transition to our new payroll software complete your employees will find that they no longer have access to their old portals. If you have an employee who needs a past W2 or a pay stub we have these on file and can release them upon employer request.

Update: NYS Sexual Harassment Prevention
The finalized sexual harassment prevention policy, poster, compliant form and training materials and minimum training standards have been released and are available on the New York State website .

The model training released by the state includes a comprehensive plan in addition to an 18-page script. Employers are required to provide training to all employees by October 19, 2019. In order to meet the requirement that the training be interactive it should:

  • Ask employees questions as part of the program
  • Allow employees to ask questions about the training, with answers provided in a timely manner
  • Require feedback from employees about the training and materials presented

Employers must provide every employee with the sexual harassment prevention policy in writing, either on paper or electronically. The policy requirement went into effect on October 9, 2018. Current employees should be provided the policy as soon as possible, and new employees should be provided the policy upon hire. Although an acknowledgement form is not required by law, it is strongly encouraged that employers collect one from each employee.
