For once Mother Nature blessed the Carolina International held at the Carolina Horse Park in Raeford, North Carolina, with the perfect weather last weekend and Allison took advantage of every bit of it! She had two rides in the Advanced, Katie Lichten's Sapphire Blue B and the Business Ben Partnership's Business Ben. Ben quickly took the lead after dressage with a 27.2 and was a star the rest of the weekend to finish in the top 15 while "Steve" steadily climbed the leaderboard to finish in the top 12. It sure was a great weekend!

Allison followed up her great finishes with more impressive results at The Fork Horse Trials last weekend. Nancy Winter's Crystal Crescent Moon picked up a third-place result in the Preliminary and Sapphire Blue B once again stepped up to the plate and jumped around the CCI4*-S course which was similar to the World Games last year easily and quite quickly. His efforts landed him in the top ten in his first 4*! Allison continues to be impressed by how well Steve handles everything and he is a serious horse for the future. It made for a great weekend!
