Allison's 2016 season has come to a close. Her team competed at the Virginia CCI/CIC & Horse Trials last week, finishing the season on a strong note. Allison kept busy and rode the Lord Willing Syndicate's Lord Willing, Natalie M. Epstein's Fairvoya S, Anne Pratt Jacoboski's Intrepid, and Jan Byyny's Unbridled Numbers.
Lord Willing tackled the CIC2*, kicking the week off with a beautiful test to score a 48.5. "Liam" jumped around his first 2* jumping tracks to gain great experience at the level and finishing the weekend in 15th place of more than 35 horses.
Fairvoya S was incredible in the Open Preliminary Championship division. Fairvoya S scored a 35.0 on the flat and added nothing to her score in the two jumping phases, to take home the exciting 2016 Area II Open Preliminary Champion title!
Intrepid was phenomenal in the Preliminary Horse division as well having clean rounds all weekend and adding only time to his score to finish 5th of nearly 20 horses.
In the Open Training, Unbridled Numbers put in a lovely test scoring a 29.3, and also had two great jumping phases to finish in 10th!
Allison had a great season wrap up and can't wait to see what's in store for 2017. Her horses have been amazing all year and she's so grateful to have a super string of horses.
