Reminder!

All members must certify the allocation amendment in NOVA by June 30. The timing of this is critical to having the state disburse 19-20 funds to fiscal-agent and direct-funded districts.
3 Steps to Fully Understanding CAEP 19-20 Reporting Changes

Changes are coming to CAEP reporting in 19-20, and we want to be sure all consortia are aware of them. Here are the steps to take to be sure you know what's coming and you know how to implement these reporting changes within your consortium.


  1. Download this slide presentation to start familiarizing yourself with the changes. We list them all here for you.
  2. Register now for the July 19 webinar titled CAEP Data Reporting Changes for 19-20. Presented by CAEP's Neil Kelly, the webinar is from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. and will elaborate on the changes listed in the slide presentation.
  3. Register now for an in-person training to go even deeper. Pick one of CAEP's fall regional training sessions that are a part of the Data Road Show series. Starting in August, these face-to-face trainings will be held at locations throughout the state. (See next item for more information)

The Mendocino-Lake Adult and Career Education Consortium is looking to hire a program manager. Check out the job description and see if it's a good fit for you or someone you know. The deadline to apply for this position is July 19, by 5 p.m.

Here is the general description : "Under general direction of the Dean of Centers, the ML ACE Program manages, plans and coordinates activities of the Mendocino-Lake Adult and Career Education Consortium to ensure that program goals, objectives, outcomes and deliverables are completed within the established timeline. This position is recognized by the California Adult Education Program (CAEP) as the Project Director for all state mandated reporting purposes and in representing the Consortium."
