JEANERETTE, La. -- The third annual Jeanerette Live festival will be held from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016 on Main Street in Jeanerette.
The event will feature food and crafts booths with handmade items, a kids zone from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. with free rides and free live music throughout the day. Featured bands are Krossfyre, taking the stage at 7:30 p.m. and Connie G and Creole Soul at 4:30 p.m. Other bands include Gospel music at 10 a.m., an appearance by Young Hub City at 11 a.m. and The 5 O'clock Shadows at 1:30 p.m.
The Entre Nous Cake Walk will be held at noon. The music, kids zone, and cake walk will be at the Cypress Plaza Pavilion and Park at 1640 Main St. No ice chests or outside food and drinks will be permitted.
Booth space is $50 for craft vendors and $75 for food vendors. Vendors can download an application from the Jeanerette Live website or pick one up at the Jeanerette City Hall, 1010 Main St.
Jeanerette Live is hosted by the non-profit Jeanerette Community Development Corporation with the support of many other non-profit groups in Jeanerette.
