This intimate gathering brings together thoughtful craftsmanship, exceptional wines, and a setting designed for lingering. Chef Jean Claude Balek of Alla Campagna has created a refined three-course menu, each dish carefully composed to highlight and elevate the evening’s featured wines from Chateau Montelena. Guests will enjoy a guided pairing led by VinoCadre founder and sommelier Andre Boada, including a rare side-by-side comparison of the 2011 and 2022 Estate Cabernet Sauvignons.
From the elegance of Montelena’s Chardonnay to the layered depth of their Estate Cabernet, each pour tells a story shaped by place and patience. Wines featured throughout the evening will also be available for purchase, allowing you to take a piece of the experience home.
For those wishing to extend the evening, overnight accommodations at Hoffman Haus are available just steps away from the Great Hall.
