As of March 25th, there are no Hawaii Safe Travels restrictions and businesses no longer require the wearing of masks. Interesting enough 2 of my team members (one vaccinated and one non) and Broker-in-Charge all came down with Covid recently. So I can no longer say that no one in my inner circles has had Covid. That said this strain seems more like a flu from what I gather. Oh, and for the record, I wasn't the common denominator because I was flying around the islands. I hope you appreciate the irony like I do!

That said inventory remains very low and the market remains a seller's market. Also, the Hawaii Tourism Authority notes that vacation rentals are demanding a higher ADR (average daily rate).
