Rivercane Restoration at

Lake Logan

Planting rivercane near the bank of Big Creek is for more than stabilization against flooding. The rivercane will be harvested by Cherokee artisans to make baskets and other goods.

Apply for HHH Grants by April 15

The Human Hurt and Hope grant funds new initiatives and innovative outreach ministries that in our diocese. Projects should involve Episcopalians directly in hands-on ministries that address human needs.

St. John, Flat Rock to Welcome Summer Scholar-in-Residence

Dr. Phil Kenneson will be in residence at St. John in the Wilderness from May 28–June 22. A professor at Milligan University for 30+ years, Dr. Kenneson teaches Bible and theology.

Altar Linens Available

The diocese has altar linens and a pall available. The cloth pictured is 46 inches wide and 50 inches tall. Others are available. Please email Lewis for details or call the office at 828-225-6656.
