It is with pleasure I announce the next phase in the development of our body corporate business. This will give increased capacity to provide more services to our growing client base.
To reflect this, the name of the business will become
Alpha Strata
and we are moving to new premises in Calound
ra. The new premise, which is
located in the heart of the Caloundra CBD, will provide office accommodation and meeting rooms.
The office at Minyama will be closed on Friday 2 Marc
h 2018 from 12 noon
for the move. The new office will be open for business at 9:00am, Monday 5 March 2018.

- A new web site www.alpha-strata.com.au is now operational.
- The email address is info@alpha-strata.com.au effective from 5 March 2018. Please ensure you have this saved as a “safe address” in your contacts.
- The new postal address is PO BOX 907, Caloundra, QLD 4551.
What do our clients need to do?
