Alumnae Career Days Success!

Thank you to alumnae who participated in our annual Alumnae Career Day panels on Fridays, February 8 and 15, 2019. Junior and senior students had the opportunity to hear from alumnae about their educational and career paths. Panelists included alumnae representing the fields of business, technology, health care, the arts, social services, education, entrepreneurship and more. We are so grateful that our students have the opportunity to learn from our amazing alumnae!

our largest fundraising event of the year,

Silent and live auctions will take place at the Gala -  watch for a sneak peek  later this week for some of our awesome auctions items! Online, remote bidding will also be available!

Plan a 2019 couple's getaway, girl's trip or golf outing and take a chance to win a week in Las Vegas at the Bluegreen Club 26. The newly remodeled, 2-bedroom villa sleeps six and is just blocks away from major hotels and venues. Chances are $20 and only 52 tickets will be sold.

Win up to $10,000! Tickets are $50 and only 500 will be sold.

Athletic Updates

Congratulations  to our Basketball and Bowling teams on a successful winter season! 

Bandits Varsity Bowling team (pictured above left) were the undefeated GCAC Champions, the team won  Regionals by over 1,000 pins and placed 7th in Sectionals, narrowly missing a state birth by 317 pins. During Regionals, the Bandits took top places in competition: Janna George was the #2 overall bowler individually, Sammi Dahlstrom was 3rd, and Sam Stefanski was 4th.  Congratulations to Varsity Bowling senior Janna George who competed at State last week! Way to go, girls!

Bandits Varsity Basketball team (pictured above right) played Regional Championship Basketball game and 3-point competition, hosted by Resurrection, on Friday, February 15. Congratulations to Resurrection basketball players Gabby O'Hehir, Megan Thornton, Bridget Kovac, and Madison Dorband who competed in the 3-point competition.  

Good luck to all of our spring student-athletes as they prepare the upcoming season!

Winter/Spring 2019 Adult Lenten Spirituality Course
The Way of the Cross for Modern Times
Tuesdays, March 5, 19 & April 2, 2019
6:30 pm, every other Tuesday at Resurrection


Faculty member Mr. Mike Longo offers a fall and spring adult enrichment course each year. The winter/spring 2019 Adult Lenten Spirituality course, entitled
The Way of the Cross for Modern Times, will explore the stations of the cross as a Lenten reflection on our personal, societal and economic choices. The cost of the course is $50 and participants can register by contacting Alisa Martorano at amartorano@reshs.org or 773.775.6616 Ext 142.

Resurrection Athletic Boosters Trivia Night

Friday, March 8, 2019
Doors Open at 6:30 pm
Contest Begins at 7:00 pm

Participants must be 21+
Entry fee per person ~ $25
Up to 8 players per team

Teams may bring their own snacks and appetizers and should be prepared for an evening of friendly  competition to raise funds in support of the  Resurrection College Prep Athletic Program.

A Cash Bar will be available.
