As an alumnus or alumna of Chicago State University, your benefits include homebuyer assistance through a special program for graduates of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs).

Up to $8,000 in down payment assistance, and additional available for qualified buyers.

Presenter CSU alumnus Michael K. Lewis is an NAREB/Realtist agent approved by the program. He and a team of experts, will walk you through the details of the program and answer your questions so that you can take advantage of this great benefit today.

Registration required. This event is in person on CSU's campus.
