TIM RAUH '21 and ABBY DOBLE '21
Congratulations to Tim and Abby who recently graduated from two of the most prestigious institutions in the country, and yes, two of the biggest rivals!
Tim is now a proud graduate of the United States Naval Academy - Anchors Aweigh! Abby just wrapped up her journey at the United States Military Academy at West Point - The Army Goes Rolling Along!
They are now on opposite sides of the historic Army-Navy rivalry, which means we have to say...
Go Navy! Beat Army!
And also,
Go Army! Beat Navy!
Thank you for your hard work, leadership, and commitment to service.

Gabriella graduated at the top of her class with a degree in Business Management, concentrating in Human Resources - because who doesn’t love a well-organized people person?
She earned Summa Cum Laude honors, snagged the prestigious Delta Sigma Pi award, and took home the “Key” Award in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. Congratulations, Gabriella!

After 24 distinguished years of service as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer, culminating in his role as Director of International Strategic Partnerships, Chris is retiring from active duty, bringing to a close an exceptional career marked by leadership in international partnerships, talent management, and logistics. Most recently serving at the U.S. Embassy in Oslo, Norway, Chris concluded his tour with notable honors, including presenting at the prestigious FSI FAR/DFARS Seminar and receiving an award from U.S. European Command.
As he transitions from military service, Chris and his family will be relocating to the Chicago area, and he is not slowing down anytime soon. He will return to campus as the speaker for BA's Veterans Day Assembly on Tuesday, November 5. Alumni are more than welcome to attend and hear Chris share his insights, stories (maybe even a few sea stories!), and reflections from a truly remarkable career. Thank you for your service, Chris.

Calling all alums - far and wide! Come by plane, train, or automobile - just get here! Mark your calendar, grab your blue and gold, and stretch your cheering muscles, it’s game night at BA! The excitement starts with Varsity Soccer vs. St. John’s Military Academy at 4 pm, followed by Varsity Football vs. Kenosha St. Joseph at 7 pm. Tailgating at the Fields of Freedom kicks off at 5:00 pm and rolls right through the first two quarters (because let’s be honest, snacks taste better under stadium lights).
After the game, head over to The Elbow Room, formerly Buddy’s and now proudly owned by alum Jake Dehne '95, for the unofficial “fifth quarter.” Catch up with classmates, relive your glory days, and enjoy a beverage or two and possibly a spontaneous BA fight song sing-along.

Interested in having a shadow at work? A few very motivated BA Upper School students have begun a new club that is focused on connecting BA students with professionals in the Milwaukee area who are willing to share insights about their careers. They are hoping to help students find shadowing opportunities in various fields.
As BA alumni, you are a unique resource that can provide a wealth of valuable information for these eager students. Would you be willing to lend your expertise and guidance in supporting these students?

HOST AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
Each year, Brookfield Academy welcomes more than a dozen international students into our vibrant community. These students, along with their host families, share meaningful academic and cultural experiences, building lasting friendships that span the globe.
Hosting is a wonderful way for alumni to stay engaged with BA's day-to-day life, make a difference in a student's journey, and experience the energy of campus life again - all while receiving a generous stipend.
If you would like to learn more or are interested in hosting for the 2025-26 school year, please contact Dr. Larry Pesch.
