Founders Day Assembly

2022 marks the 60th anniversary of Brookfield Academy. This year's theme is 60 Years: A Tradition of Excellence.

Join us to celebrate on Friday, September 9, at Founders Hall for Brookfield Academy's annual Founders Day Assembly. Former Head of School, Mrs. Sharon Koenings, will be the keynote speaker. The assembly will begin at its traditional 8:15 am time.

Don't miss out on the fun at Founders Fest! Capitalize on the opportunity to connect with the BA community, watch sporting events - culminating with the Homecoming football game - and eat delicious free food. The HOF weekend activities begin Friday, September 23,

at Founders Fest. HOF inductees will be introduced at halftime of the football game. Following the game (or earlier if you want), join us at Bullwinkles at the Galleria for an alumni party.

The induction ceremony will be held Saturday, September 24.

Ten individuals, and three teams will be inducted into the HOF. 

All are invited to attend this event! Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased here. Your ticket includes food, an open bar, and a great evening celebrating BA's greatest athletes.

Boys Tennis Team Wins

First Team State Championship in Program History

On June 11, the Brookfield Academy boys tennis team found itself in its third consecutive state championship. The two previous trips did not end in a title, but the third time was a charm. Brookfield Academy avenged its 2021 loss to Catholic Memorial by defeating the Crusaders four matches to three in the 2022 WIAA Team State Championship. Congratulations to now BA alumnus Pranav Gogineni '22 (pictured holding the trophy) on being the lone senior in the Blue Knights lineup.

IN MEMORIAM

We were deeply saddened by the passing of Daniel Perelman '21. Daniel attended the Academy from first grade through his graduation with the Class of 2021. Dr. Davis, Head of the Upper School, spoke for all who knew Daniel when he said, “Daniel was an insatiable student. He loved academic challenges and routinely took our most difficult courses and excelled. He was also well-liked, a true gentleman, courteous, and caring in his interactions with others.”

Daniel’s family and the Chabad Jewish Center of Waukesha County have set up a memorial drive called "Deeds for Daniel". They are asking the community to pledge to do as many good deeds as possible in his honor. To add a good deed, click here.
