THE EXPLORER : ALUMNI EDITION
November 2017

Dear Friends,

It’s hard to believe that the holidays are right around the corner, beginning with Thanksgiving in just two weeks!

As we begin this season of thanks and giving, it is important to think of the others who helped us get to where we are today. We know that you are thankful for the wonderful education you received during your time at Harrisburg Academy, and are reflecting on the education, faculty, administration, and staff who helped pave your way for success during your time here and beyond. Whether your time at the Academy was five or 15 years, we know these special people made an impact. Now it is your turn to make an impact for current and future Academy students.

Below we are highlighting two important current campaigns at the Academy – the Feed the Need event and Academy Fund annual giving campaign. We encourage you to read more about these two opportunities, and to give back to the school that gave you so much.

Has it been a while since you've been back on campus? Please consider joining us at one of our upcoming events and seeing what has changed since your time here. We know no matter what changes occur, one thing will always stay the same – our amazing school community. We hope you can join us at these events, and we can't wait to welcome you home.

With Spartan Pride,

Stacy Klann

Feed the Need
Harrisburg Academy is excited to host a Feed the Need fundraiser this year! This event will provide funds for technology, arts/music, scholarships, athletics, faculty, and innovation for our school, but will also provide 10,000 meals for hungry children in our community and abroad. Our very own students will participate in a packing party this spring to prepare these meals for distribution.
Your financial sponsorship will truly make a difference for Harrisburg Academy AND for hungry children locally and overseas. Please click here to make a donation and/or become a fundraiser for this important initiative.
