A Note From Mark

As we wrap up the final quarter of 2025, I’m excited to share that we’ve had a fantastic start to our program year. The Class of 2026 is already proving to be another outstanding group of leaders in our community. Programming is well underway, with successful days completed for Tourism Day, First Responders Day, and County Government Day. We look forward to seeing everyone again at Economic Development Day on Dec. 18th.

Be sure to join us that evening for Holiday Night Vision at 5:00 p.m., hosted at Ameristar Casino inside the new Charter 18 Modern Tavern. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with classmates, welcome our current class, and continue strengthening our alumni community.

This fall also marked one of our most successful fundraising seasons yet. Our annual Music Bingo Night was a tremendous success. Thank you to everyone who attended, purchased tickets or tables, contributed raffle baskets, served on committees, or volunteered as an emcee. It was a joy seeing so many familiar faces – and welcoming new ones.

And congratulations again to everyone who took part in our Fall Haul 50/50 drawing. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our alumni and friends, we sold 1,783 tickets, raising $8,915. The winning ticket was drawn live at Music Bingo, and Julie Turner walked away with $4,457.50 – now officially delivered.

Thank you again for supporting Vision. Your participation strengthens our mission and keeps our programs thriving.

Protégé Mentorship Program Set to Launch

The next session of the Vision Protégé Mentorship Program kicks off on January 6, 2026, and we’re excited to welcome a new group of emerging and established leaders into this powerful experience.

The Protégé Program continues to be one of Vision’s most meaningful and unique opportunities – bringing together mentors, rising professionals, and community supporters who want to grow, connect, and strengthen leadership across St. Charles County. Whether you're looking to develop your own leadership skills, guide others through mentorship, or support the program through sponsorship, there’s a place for you to get involved.

If you know someone who would be a great fit – or if you’re interested in participating yourself – apply below or contact Dave Bowen at 636-541-3993 or dave@truenorth2success.com.
