The lectures will focus on equine gait analysis and podiatry and there will be an exclusive demonstration and lab on Objective Assessment of Shoeing.

The HireUC Alumni Career Fair is a hiring event organized for University of California (UC) alumni who are looking for early and mid-level career opportunities. It offers a special chance for alumni to connect with employers from diverse fields and industries.

Dr. Kimberly Dodd, DVM '15, has been recommended to serve as MSU Dean, effective August 1. Dodd is a veterinarian and virologist with extensive expertise in emerging infectious diseases and is driven by an unwavering belief in the transformative potential of veterinary medicine, she is committed to fostering an inclusive, dynamic, and supportive environment for students, staff, and faculty. | Dr. Sam Barringer, DVM '91, was named the 2023 Consultant of the Year by the Academy of Veterinary Consultants (AVC) for his work in calf health management, epidemiology, evidence-based population medicine, disease outbreak investigation, and vaccinology. |

Dr. Jon Klingborg, DVM '92 earns the esteemed Dr. George Bishop Lifetime Achievement Award for significant contributions to organized veterinary medicine.
