ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND IS ONE FOR THE HISTORY BOOKS
LEGACY CAMPAIGN HONORS COMMITMENT TO SCHOLARSHIP
McDonogh is a school of opportunity. From our earliest commitment to educating poor boys to the financial aid that makes a McDonogh education possible for many children, the School has provided pathways to purposeful lives for 150 years. As the cost of education continues to rise, McDonogh has strengthened its commitment to funding scholarships. Gifts to the Legacy Campaign have made a significant impact by ensuring that McDonogh remains accessible. We are grateful to our donors, who to date, have established 37 new scholarship funds. Meet two below:
Bruce Voelker '83 created an endowed scholarship so children from all backgrounds have the opportunity to benefit from McDonogh's commitment to teach students to be well-rounded, LifeReady, and open-minded.

The event, attended by esteemed donors, alumni, faculty, and special guests, celebrated a deep commitment to preserving McDonogh's history. The newly renovated space, which includes the School’s extensive collection of institutional records, manuscripts, photographs, art, and artifacts, is located on the second floor of Lyle Building. LOOKING FOR SENIOR PROJECT SPONSORS
For more than 30 years, Senior Projects have provided students with exciting opportunities to pursue interests outside of the classroom that complement McDonogh’s curriculum. The projects typically focus on learning or enhancing a new skill, career exploration, community service, or personal development, and each project requires a minimum of 30 hours of unpaid work.
If you are interested in hosting a senior as an intern, a shadow, an assistant, or another comparable role, please complete this form. Senior Projects run from May 13-29.

ROOTS FARM PASTA SAUCE FOR SALE
Roots Farm Pasta Sauce is now available in the Roots Farm Store. The San Marzano tomatoes used in the tasty sauce were planted by first graders in the spring, harvested by Upper School students in the summer, and then combined with other farm-fresh ingredients to create a delicious pasta topping. In keeping with McDonogh’s core belief that service to others brings meaning and purpose, a portion of sales is donated to the Maryland Food Bank. Visit the Roots Farm store to see all products. Pick up at Roots Farm only.
