Our residents have been working incredibly hard on the Alumni Reunion and we wanted to share some of their contributions!
- Shanta Ambady, Arcosanti Tour Ambassador, Ceramist, Community Currandera, and Master Bagel Maker will lead a clay wildflower grenade session. All gorilla gardener wannabes are invited to attend a Saturday afternoon break out session with Shanta in the Ceramics apse.
- Manny Garcia, Guest Experience and Community Council will join the Cafe Team for the weekend helping to deliver the lunches and as sous chef for Ali and Matt for dinner preparations.
- Melissa Lockwood has made conference bags and wristbands from repurposed cloth dyed with desert broom pollen and turmeric. The 2025 Reunion graphic created by Eddie Martin will printed on the bags by alum Ace Schutte.
- Sam Timmons , Maintenance Team, will be making some special drinks thanks to a donation by Curious Elixirs. Stop by the Mart for Happy Hour Friday and Saturday to try one or order an ale, cider or soda.
- David Tollas, Agriculture Team Leader, will lead a Food Tour Sunday morning through our Greenhouses, Food Forest, Three Sisters Field and the orchard.
- Linn Williams, Arcosanti Land Steward will lead a land walk Sunday morning. Visit the riparian restoration work along with a visit to our wildlife monitoring cams.
