Alumni Updates

Emily Vogel '22

Congratulations to EC alumna and Edinboro women's soccer standout, Emily Vogel, who was named to the All-PSAC West Second-Team. This season, Vogel was the Scots leading scorer, piling up 21 points on nine goals and three assists. According to the Fight Scots, she tallied on game -winning goal on the season while posting a .220 shooting percentage. She put 27 of her 41 shots on frame. Congratulations, Emily!

Brian Krusz '98

Congratulations to Brian Krusz ‘98 who has been recognized as one of the recipients of this year's Corporate College Smart Business Network Smart50 award. Brian says he is “Thrilled to be the representative of Sgt. Clean Car Wash, where our team's dedication and hard work shine through, making us innovative and a smart company, every day. Thank you to everyone for your contributions!” The awards dinner will take place Wednesday, November 15.

Elyria Catholic is accepting nominations for the 2024 Alumni Awards. Help us celebrate and honor members of our Elyria Catholic High School community. EC remains steeped in its pillars of Excellence, Compassion, Faith, Tradition, and Community. We would like to recognize the members of our Elyria Catholic family who remain strong and steadfast examples of EC's values and those who have wholeheartedly contributed to the school’s success. Miracle on Poplar & Gulf - click on photo art to view video

The entire community is invited to the third annual Miracle on Poplar and Gulf on Friday, December 1. Please join us for live performances, a Christmas Bazaar, and more! Children attending are invited to dress as an angel or shepherd and be a part of the Miracle! Guests are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy for the EC Toy Drive or Click here to purchase gifts from our Amazon Wish List. All toys will be distributed to children in Lorain County.
