Marcy (Aleksiejczyk) Evans, 1985 Big Red
is the Head Start Manager for Northern panhandle Head Start. Marcy oversees daily operations within the organization. Northern Panhandle Head Start services families and children between the ages of 3-5 years old. Her position is to ensure direct service components are implemented in an integrated way to all children and families by communicating with Program Coordinators on a daily basis. Marcy works directly with the Executive Director on strategic planning, budgeting, grants, training and interviewing, yearly evaluations, monitoring and adherence to local, state and federal regulations.
