Virtual Ranger Alumni Reunion

Get social with other Ranger alumni! Meet the new Vice Chancellor of Advancement, Willie Jude II, and join breakout groups with your favorite faculty and staff members. There is no cost to attend this event.

Announcing the Rick Kilps Center

Parkside Athletics has announced that the new multipurpose indoor turf center in the Sports & Activity Center will be dedicated as the Rick Kilps Center. The facility name honors Rick Kilps ‘75, who served as UW-Parkside’s head men’s soccer coach from 1984 to 2010, accumulating a staggering record of 363-135-40 and 26 consecutive winning seasons.

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is nationally recognized during the month of May. At UW-Parkside, in light of the academic calendar, we celebrate in April.

Join us and learn more through social media highlights, the UW-Parkside Library's Asian Literature collection, a #StopAsianHate panel discussion, and more.

Spring Virtual Internship & Career Fair
April 7 | 12-5 pm 

Join UW-Parkside, area colleges, and employers recruiting for internships and jobs for students and recent graduates (typically up to 3 years out of college). Sign up for employer group and one-on-one sessions with the recruiters you're interested in to learn more and have face-to-face time with them. 
Health Impact of COVID-19 on Communities of Color Mini-Conference
Apr 7 | 3:30-7:15 pm

Join us as we explore the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on communities of color nationally and in southeastern Wisconsin, with medical professionals, healthcare providers, and public health experts.

This virtual mini-conference is hosted by the UW-Parkside Center for Ethnic Studies, with campus and community partners.
Parkside Sport Management Conference
Apr 9 | 9 am-4 pm

Featuring keynote presentations by Martin Jarmond (UCLA Director of Athletics) and Jim Rooney (Pittsburgh Steelers) and panels featuring intercollegiate athletic and sport industry professionals.

This annual event – virtual this year – brings together industry experts, high school students, UW-Parkside students, and alumni to discuss current trends and future of the sport business.

Eat at Mason’s in Kenosha, and 15% of the day’s proceeds will benefit the Alumni Association’s scholarships for UW-Parkside students.
