2019 Annual Alumni Phonathon
This year's Phonathon kicked off on October 28 and wraps up on November 21. All donations made during the 2019 annual Phonathon will provide more UP students an opportunity to gain a college degree with the assistance of a student scholarship. So far we have raised $20,743 thanks to those who generously donated already!

A special thank you to our community supporters that donated meals to our students during the Phonathon: Albertsons, Fuddruckers, Montana Sub Shop, Penny's Gourmet to go, and Taco Johns.

Did You Know?
Director of Business Office, Amber Herigon
I am the Director of Student Accounts and have been with the University of Providence for 13 years. In my role, I am responsible for collecting all student account balances. Student account balances are made of tuition, fees, and room and board plans. Once a studen t’s financial aid pays to their account, many of times there is a remaining out of pocket expense that the student is responsible for. The student accounts office helps students figure out the best solution to pay their expenses. We offer payment plans, along with giving them options of other loans they can apply for to help offset those expenses. I also oversee the cashiers office that takes in all cash for the entire campus. It is my responsibility to make sure that we stay within compliance of all cash and credit card transactions that occur across campus.

I am also a proud alumna of the University of Providence which I feel gives me a better connection with our students. When asked why I like to work here, my answer always remains consistent, “I love the relationships I have created and continue to create with students”. I had the honor of hiring one of our alumni for one of our open student services positions this last year. What a great feeling it is to see a young adult become a crucial part of our work environment. The vibe on campus keeps me young at heart.
