Alumni eNews - January 2026

Dear SFHS Alumni,

Happy Catholic Schools Week! This national week of recognition is a special time in our school community.

As we join schools across the country in celebrating the theme of "Catholic Schools: United in Faith and Community," we can’t help but think of the thousands of graduates like you who carry our mission out into the world. You are the living proof of the value of a Catholic education.

While we celebrate our school's achievements throughout the week, we also recognize the heart of St. Francis beats in rhythm with the inspiring men and women who work here. We are proud to recognize several faculty and staff members reaching milestone years of service to our community this year and celebrated them at our All-School Liturgy on January 29.

Please join us in congratulating the following Spartans for their unwavering commitment to our students and school:

  • 5 years: Anne Vogel '16
  • 10 years:  Becky Fischesser '97, Dan Holleman, Maureen Isphording, Tom Juliano
  • 15 years: Dan Hardwick, Katie Lembas
  • 20 years: Beth Brand, Susan Fairhead, Marcia Kadow, Kristen Ras

We invite everyone to participate, even if you are unable to attend.

As our largest fundraiser of the year, this event does more than just provide a great night out—it sustains the legacy of our school. Every ticket and bid helps ensure the next generation of students has the same foundation you did at St. Francis!

Raffle - Winner Need Not Be Present! Don't miss out on the Ensuring Our Future Raffle, with three prizes and the chance to win up to $7,500. Winner need not be present to win - so this is the perfect opportunity for our alumni to contribute!

TICKETS: The auction is at a new location this year, the Marriott in Naperville, and will feature a gourmet plated dinner. The curtains open for VIP Access at 5:30 p.m. and General Admission at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28. Buy your tickets today! You will be prompted to select your meal choice and if you would like to sit with a specific attendee (optional).
