Tigers on the Loose Surpasses Goal
Thank you to everyone who supported Tigers on the Loose 2021, Holy Family’s Annual Scholarship Celebration! 

Through the in-person event on June 3rd at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology and the online auction, Tigers on the Loose raised over $270,000 for student financial aid – surpassing the 250,000 goal.

All alumni and friends are invited to a Mini-Golf Outing on Sunday, July 11 at Burholme Family Fun Center in Northeast Philadelphia.

Thank you Margaret Kelly!
With over 40 years of service to the Holy Family, Margaret Kelly is retiring at the end of this month.

Margaret has been an integral part of the campus community since 1979, when she joined Holy Family as Assistant to the Executive Director of University Advancement, succeeding her boss and mentor when he passed in 1984. She advanced to Vice President (overseeing fundraising and marketing) and continued in this position until 2013. Since then, she has served as Vice President of Mission, integrating Holy Family's Mission and Core Values into life as a University community. Holy Family University Accepted to the Institute on Teaching and Learning for Campus-wide Interfaith Excellence
This honor was given by the Interfaith Youth Core (IFYC), a national nonprofit that equips the next generation of citizens and professionals with the knowledge and skills needed for leadership in a religiously diverse world. See complete details here.

This acceptance includes a $3,000 grant that Holy Family will utilize to support the University's interfaith action plan. In an article published by IYFC, Dennis Millan, Director of the Center for Academic Enhancement, explained more about this program and initiatives at Holy Family, including the University's Reflection Room (located in ETC 204) which opened earlier this spring. Athletics News
Construction continues on the new Tiger Field! Crews have been working around the clock since last month's groundbreaking to build the brand-new turf field, a two-lane practice track, field lighting and a new scoreboard.

Also, congratulations to Carly Covington '21 who was named to the 2020-21 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team, selected by CoSIDA.
