Since we officially launched the public portion of the Always Forward Capital Campaign in October 2022, the outpouring of support has been tremendous. We have celebrated countless monetary milestones along the way, but the response to this campaign has been unbelievable! Never did we think we would be less than a year from our public launch and only have $5 million to go!
Thank you to our supporters and our community for coming together in the Padre spirit to support this campaign. We are proud to announce that we are only $5 million to go to cross the finish line and we believe we can close this effort quickly with your help!
We have come a long way. We now sit with a campaign total of $32,652,000 -- just $5 million from our goal of $38 million. This last stretch is pivotal in the modernization of our campus. We are allocating these dollars for improvement to our athletics facilities, particularly turfing the baseball field, as well as classroom renovations that will add tremendous value to the lived experience for our students. Classroom upgrades to lighting and shades that dramatically improve the learning environment are taking place this summer in time for the opening of school. The baseball renovation is slated for summer 2024.
