President's Message

How New Research Confirms Our Work

Dear Kirti,

As you may know, our 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention is the first and most complete program to prevent Alzheimer’s and even reverse it in its early stages. And we’ve been doing this work for three decades.

Moreover, our partnership with FINGER, the largest study ever with over 1,000 subjects reveals that our 4 Pillars work well. I’m happy to say that we have been a long-time supporter and partner of FINGER, which has now expanded to World-Wide FINGER.

Our latest project with Dr. Miia Kivipelto and FINGER is to reveal the Spiritual Fitness connection.

Beyond that, what makes our program and our Brain Longevity Therapy Training (BLTT), with over 800 graduates thus far, so unique is that we’re the ONLY program to specialize in Yoga and Meditation, especially our well-studied and proven Kirtan Kriya, a simple meditation with profound effects; more than any other. Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.

Volunteer Spotlight

Dominic DiCello

This month, we would like to recognize Dominic DiCello. He helped organize several educational projects that turned into beautiful publications. "Alzheimer’s has affected my family as well as many others, so being a part of a solution brings me great pride. Working with ARPF was great, the team was understanding, easy to communicate with, and so appreciative. I hope my work helps the Foundation in a positive manner and would love to help more in the future." Our team at ARPF couldn’t be more thankful for the community of supporters who are advancing AD prevention and brain health through their time, energy, and generosity. Learn more about Dominic here.

Education Outreach Recap

Eating from Our Roots for Brain Power

We asked participants what they thought of our latest workshop by Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN. Here's what they said:

"Thoroughly enjoyed this session with Maya. It reinforced what I know and gave me new information as well... good for my own life and to share with others! Excellent!"

"Everything was well explained. She was a great presenter and enjoyable to see and hear. I hope she returns to give us more of her wisdom."

"There was just enough nutritional information that Maya made easy to understand. Loved the mail carrier concept and molecular messengers. Looking forward to checking out the cookbooks."

You support our work through your participation- thank you! In case you missed it, all of our educational workshops and webinars are recorded and sent out after.
