The co-organizing agencies include the Central Propaganda and Training Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, European Union (EU), the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the Embassy of Finland and Vietnam Energy Association. IEC Group is responsible for logistics, advertising and exhibition for this event.
The Summit consists of: A High-level Forum, 4 Conference Sessions and an Exhibition on modern energy models and technologies.
