On December 10, 2025, the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Boards unanimously approved a proposed unified AmCham Vietnam Charter. If adopted, it will merge both chapters into a single national chamber with one National Board, with a transition planned through mid-2026. Your vote helps shape AmCham Vietnam's future!

• AmCham has submitted its comments on version 6 of the Draft Decree on Cosmetics Management to the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Justice, the Government Office, and the Drug Administration of Vietnam – Cosmetics Management Division. On December 30, 2025, an AmCham representative also attended the evaluation meeting on this matter.
