2025 AMCHAM HCMC ESG IMPACT SHOWCASE & AWARDS
AmCham in HCMC is seeking applications from AmCham members for our 2025 ESG Impact Showcase and Awards, which will be part of our annual Giving Thanks Dinner on Thursday, November 20, 2025. The deadline to apply is Friday, October 31, 2025 (by 5:00 pm). Click HERE for more details.

We appreciate all members who recently shared their feedback on the draft legislation under discussion.
1. Law on Chemicals: AmCham submitted its comments on the Draft Decree guiding the implementation of the Law on Chemicals and the management of hazardous substances to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Government Office, the Chemical Department, and VCCI.
2. Advertisement Law: AmCham submitted its comments on Draft Decree 3, which guides the implementation of the Advertisement Law, to the Ministry of Justice, the Government Office, the Department of Grassroots Culture, and VCCI.
3. Personal Data Protection: AmCham submitted its comments on the Draft Decree on Personal Data Protection to the Ministry of Public Security, the Government Office, and the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention.
