Update from the Executive Director | |

It’s truly unbelievable that we are rapidly entering the holiday season. We at AmCham have been organizing our final events and completing pending important advocacy efforts before we take a much-needed breath. I’m delighted to inform you that we submitted our comments for the draft circular amending and supplementing a number of articles on the extension of registration licenses for circular medicines and medicinal ingredients.
As we approach the end of an eventful year, we would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering support and commitment to AmCham Vietnam. Your partnership has been integral to our success, and we are excited to continue working together as we embark on new opportunities in 2024. On behalf of the entire team, we wish you and your loved ones a joyous and peaceful holiday season.

I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks for your generous support of the 29th Annual AmCham Governors’ Ball – Pearl Anniversary! We have received many positive remarks about the evening, including praise for the dinner, decorations, and entertainment. Many guests even stayed until the very end, making it a memorable event for all.
I’m excited to share with you the photo album that captures the vibrant energy and highlights of the event: PHOTOS
Most importantly, your generous contribution played a key role in the success of the evening. Thanks to your support, the Governors' Ball raised over $45,000 in net proceeds, which will directly benefit the AmCham Scholarship Programs.
We are deeply grateful for your commitment and generosity, which helped make this event such a resounding success. Your ongoing support of AmCham and its philanthropic mission to give back to our community is truly appreciated.
We look forward to your continued involvement, and we hope to see you at next year’s milestone event — the 30th Annual AmCham Governors’ Ball on December 6, 2025!

I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of the 11th Annual AmCham Breakfast with Santa. Your sponsorship played a vital role in making this year’s event a meaningful and memorable celebration.
Held on December 8 at the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon, the event brought together families and created a joyous Christmas atmosphere filled with laughter, delicious food, and festive activities. Most importantly, thanks to your contribution, we were able to welcome over 30 children from the Care to Rise Program, providing them with a special day of holiday cheer and warm memories.
Care to Rise, co-led by the VinaCapital Foundation and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, is committed to supporting disadvantaged children by ensuring access to education, protection, and encouragement. Your support helped amplify this mission, and the smiles on the children’s faces were a testament to the positive impact of your generosity.
We are delighted to share some PHOTOS from the event.
