Vietnam's economy expanded 7.09% last year to $476.3 billion, faster than the 5.05% expansion in 2023, driven by strong exports and robust foreign investment inflows. Gross domestic product grew 7.55% in the fourth quarter, the fastest quarterly growth in more than two years. Exports to the US were estimated at US$119.3 billion, up 23% from 2023. These included computers, electronic products and components; machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts; garments and textiles; phones of all kinds and components; footwear of all kinds; and wood and wood products among others. | |

The Summit will offer sessions on a range of topics related to professional skill development, information on current trends, and panel discussions with experts.
There will be a full day conferences in Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. On March 1st, there will be deep dive sessions only in Ho Chi Minh City. Participants will also have an opportunity to network and generate ideas on how to collaborate more frequently on child protection matters.
The keynotes will be simultaneously translated from English to Vietnamese, and there are breakout sessions in both English and Vietnamese.
