How long will it take to receive my Bluetooth activation code via email?
You will receive your Bluetooth activation code within 2 business days from the time you submit your request. The email with activation code is good for 72 hours after it is received. Be sure to check your spam folder for an email from PDK.
How long will it take to receive the fob(s) I ordered?
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your fobs in the mail. Due to Covid-19, we are not allowing fobs to be picked up from management's office.
Why do I have to purchase new fobs?
The amenity access devices previously used are not compatible with the new access management system. You must request Bluetooth registration for your smart device or purchase new fobs.
I just purchased a fob this summer. Can I get a refund or switch it out for the new fob?
The old fobs cannot be exchanged and refunds are not granted.
I am renting out my home. Can my renter request amenity access?
Because the homeowner is responsible for access and potential damage of the amenities, the owner must request amenity access Bluetooth activation code(s) and/or fob(s). The owner is also responsible for registering their tenant with management and ensuring tenant(s) is aware of the amenity rules.
What happens to my Bluetooth access or fobs if I sell my home?
Upon the sell of your home, your Bluetooth access will be deactivated and any fob assigned to your address will be disabled. You may provide your buyer with the fob. The new owner must contact FirstService Residential to purchase Bluetooth activation code(s) at $15/each or request activation of your old fob(s) for $15/each.
