Staffing & Management Operations
The Community Manager, Lifestyle Director, and Community Standards Coordinator will return onsite, full time, during regular office hours on May 3, 2021.

Continued Safety Precautions
  • Face coverings and social distancing per CDC guidelines remain in effect.
  • The management team participates in daily disinfecting, wiping, and cleaning of high-touch surfaces.
  • If you need to meet with a management team member, you are encouraged to contact the management office to request an appointment time. This will help in staggering office visits and limit the number of people in the office at a given time.

Waiver Forms
Swim At Your Own Risk and COVID-19 Waiver BOTH must be filled out to have key fob access at the Belterra amenities. The Swim At Your Own Risk waiver is not the same as the previous 'Lap Swim' waiver. You will not be granted access to the pool or gym without those filled out. Swim At Your Own Risk waiver is one per household; COVID-19 is every individual in the home. If you have filled this out already, you do not need to do it twice.

If your key fob is denied access at the pool due to your form not being filled out, please contact the management office at 512-301-7770 or email Melanie or Ashlyn. Please allow 24 hours (weekday) and 48 hours (weekend) for your key fob access to be updated once you've filled out the necessary forms. If you need to purchase an additional key fob, they are $25 via check or online payment. Please email Melanie, and she will be in contact on how to receive your fob.

Activity Room and Rentals
The Activity Room remains closed at this time for rentals.

Fitness Center and The Retreat at San Saba
The Fitness Center will open on April 24, 2021, with limited access. Every other machine/station will be blocked off to ensure social distancing. Machines/stations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents are asked to wipe down equipment before and after use. Face coverings and social distancing per CDC guidelines remain in effect.

The Retreat (splash pad) at San Saba and restrooms are open. Please follow CDC guidance and properly social distance, using your best judgment and being mindful of others, and allowing time for those waiting to utilize the amenity.

Playground and Sport Court
Playground and Sport Court are open. Play structures are cleaned once a week, and socialdistancing is required. It is recommended that you bring your own personal protective equipment (PPE).

Outdoor Classes and Groups
Association-sponsored outdoor classes and groups such as Camp Gladiator and Soccer Shots are in session. Class size is limited to 20 residents per session. Social distancing guidelines and any other participation requirements adopted by the Association must be followed.

Pool
The pool is scheduled to have deck repairs on April 22-29. The opening date is May 3, unless delayed by the deck repair project. The swim will be “At Your Own Risk” for the month of May.
Face coverings when not in the pool and social distancing per CDC guidelines remain in effect. In the event of severe weather (Thunder or Lightning), pools will close.
Pool furniture will be set in groups 6 feet apart. Residents are asked to wipe down furniture before and after use. Please understand that as we begin to roll out this process, we may need to make adjustments to accommodate the needs of our entire community and team members. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and want to remind all residents to act kindly, wisely, and safely.
