Although this is a brief message, the implications are massive!
In a recent conversation with the manager of the Professional Towing and Recovery Operators of Illinois we learned that the licensing requirements of the towing industry do not apply for transporting things. They have determined that he SuperDeck -III PowerDeck is no more of a towing device than is an Econoline Van!.
This opens huge opportunities for individuals to make deliveries and haul motorcycles, quads, golf car(t)s and cargo!
