AmeriLux International, a value-adding distributor and fabricator of materials for the building and construction market, announces the acquisition of EZ PVC LLC. With locations in Las Vegas, NV and Tampa, FL, EZ PVC is an innovative designer and distributor of PVC components that include the brands EZ Liner™ and EZ Forms.

Headquartered in De Pere, WI and distributing such brands as LEXAN™, TUFFAK®, OPTIX®, CoverLite®, and Agrilite™, AmeriLux continues to expand its product offerings, locations, and distribution space, as it enhances its position as one of the largest distributors and fabricators of polycarbonate and PVC components for the building and construction market. This marks AmeriLux’s second acquisition in the last 18 months, having acquired one of the largest window well and window well cover manufacturers, Shape Products, in August 2020 which includes 140,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space.

Started from scratch in 2004 and built on a foundation of ten key success pillars, AmeriLux has been on a continuous growth trajectory, partnering with all stakeholders based on win-win partnerships. This growth has resulted in a 135,000 square foot distribution campus in De Pere that supports customers throughout the United States and Canada. With the acquisition, AmeriLux will now add distribution capabilities in the Southwest and Southeast.

Owning several patents, EZ PVC’s products are prevalent in agricultural, vehicle wash, and plant growth applications across the United States, Canada, and Caribbean. Designed with the installer in mind, EZ PVC’s products include chemical resistant wall and ceiling PVC Liner Panels which are great alternatives to drywall and fiberglass wall panels. As well, EZ PVC offers a revolutionary push-click design for a concrete form assembly system. Known as EZ Forms, this system is ideal for exterior building walls in such applications as vehicle washes and dairy parlors.
