The American College of Bankruptcy International Committee is pleased to invite all Fellows to a webinar held by Fellows of the college from Mexico, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States on the role of equity in bankruptcy. Participants will gain insight in the discretionary powers of the courts in the respective jurisdictions. The webinar is a prelude to the lecture that Professor Markell will give at the annual meeting of the college in Washington on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 3 pm.
