Dr. Erin Briggs
serves as Americares Senior Pharmacy Advisor
She pursued her interest in Global Health during pharmacy school, volunteering on her first medical mission trip to Honduras in 2008. By 2011, Dr. Briggs began working with a non-profit organization operating a medical clinic in rural Haiti, and in 2014 became their Pharmacy Director. Dr. Briggs received her Master of Public Health degree from George Washington University in 2018 and through her work with Americares, continues to advocate for healthcare and access to medicines both domestically and internationally.
