SUMMER 2025

Dear Young Professional,

Summer has arrived in New York City, bringing with it hopes of slowing down to enjoy life. Perhaps that means a trip to the ocean, picking fresh strawberries in the field, traveling to new locations, or time spent with family or friends. Many of us will also use the time to read, train, and continue our professional development so we will be prepared to start the Autumn with renewed professional goals.

The Y-ADR Steering Committee will take a summer hiatus for July and August, but rest assured, we have many exciting programs and opportunities to announce when we return in September! We will also be announcing the new incoming members who will be joining the Steering Committee. If you would like to apply to serve a term on the Y-ADR Steering Committee, please be sure to submit your application before June 30th! (See eligibility and instructions here.)

We are very grateful to the Y-ADR Steering Committee members who completed their 3-year terms this month and are moving on to other leadership roles and ways to engage within the CPR Institute community. In particular, we extend our thanks to outgoing Chairs, Kate Gonzalez of Airbus Americas and Samuel Zimmerman of Hogan Lovells, and Committee Secretary, Brigitte Kiu of Hogan Lovells. Their energy, enthusiasm and dedication helped foster an incredible period of growth for Y-ADR to build on years of excellent leadership and productivity.

Carrying the torch next will be Co-Chairs Erin Klewin of Danone and Adam Weiss of Linklaters. We look forward to introducing them further in our Fall 2025 Newsletter when we announce the new class and all our exciting initiatives planned for the 2025-2026 term year. If you have a programming idea or initiative you would like to see Y-ADR support, please send me a note!

Our thanks to all of you who attended and participated in Y-ADR programs this year. We look forward to connecting further in the coming year!
