AN UPDATE FROM OUR DIRECTOR:
St. Patrick's Day was always an EPIC event and a wonderful reason to gather, celebrate and share. While this year marks our second in a row of not being able come together, we are still using the power of social media, connecting our community and celebrating in a new way.
Our St. Patrick's series is highlighting one of the most important parts of our former event: the partners and supporters that made it all possible. Councilmember Chris Scanlon kicked off our series by reading "Silly McGilly" (you can watch that video here) and since then, Silly has popped up at Clann Na Cara Irish Dance and of course, the Mansion on Delaware Ave
., where our event was always held.
(Still looking to celebrate? The Mansion is hosting a special "Irish Getaway Package" through March 21 that includes themed grazing boards, cocktails, live music and a donation to EPIC! Click here to learn more
. *the link is only available via desktop computers, not mobile phones.)
You can follow Silly all the way until St. Patrick's Day as he pops up at other Buffalo spots like the Museum of Science, library and Irish Companies. Here's to the true spirit of any celebration: collaboration and friendship. Thank you to all the partners that have supported our St. Patrick's Day in the past, and here's to many more.
