I'm really excited to start my new role encouraging the whole congregation this summer. If you missed the video last week of my big idea, check it out below. Pastor Taylor will kick off her summer series on the parables this Sunday. I love the parables. Sometimes when I read them, I feel like they're speaking directly to me. Do you ever feel that way? My Monday emails will encourage you to discover new ways to engage with the parables in 3 unique ways:
- Capture - Consider a few words or take a picture of something that represents how each parable has transformed the way you see things.
- Create - Make something inspired by each parable.
- Retell - Find a way to tell and experience the parable anew.
Each week, you can email me (
