The Arc of Chester County is seeking a Contracted Behavior Specialist

Qualifications:

• PA Behavioral Specialist License OR
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) OR
• Master’s Degree with 50% or more ABA course work OR
• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field related to Social Work, Psychology, or Education (housed in the institution’s department or school of Social Work, Psychology, or Education) with 33% or more course work in ABA
• Trainings as required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior support plans, in accordance with ISP
• Conduct functional assessments
• Evaluate behavior data
• Provide oversight to Adult Autism Waiver services
