The benefits of being a credit union member in times like these are many. We've waived fees on skip-a-payments, introduced low-interest relief loans, and we're working one-on-one with members and small business owners to provide solutions. We're honored to be able to support more than 104,000 members during this crisis. To that end, this is going to take teamwork, the kind that credit unions are known for. In times of need, members have to come together, and that's why we're temporarily suspending our GetBigReward$
Effective May 1, 2020, we are temporarily suspending monthly rewards deposits of $3 per month for Gold Accounts and $9 per month for Emerald Accounts.
GetBigReward$ is designed as a variable program, intended to share the credit union's success with you. Right now, we feel it's necessary to reroute our GetBigReward$ funds to where they're needed most. This includes funding our financial relief programs for members who are impacted by COVID-19 and lowering credit union expenses to maintain our financial strength. As a member of a financial cooperative and membership organization, we hope you support this change. This small impact to individual members will significantly benefit all others, especially those in great need today.
