Dear Members,

As we continue to track the latest COVID-19 information in our area, we have made the difficult decision to extend the closure of our office lobbies until Monday, January 18, 2021.

At MCCU, we feel that this is the best course of action in order to be able to continue to maintain quality member service and protect our members and staff.  
We will remain open to serve you by drive-thru only during normal business hours. Please note that our branch lobbies are accessible by appointment for special circumstances. This includes our Coldwater branch that does not offer drive-thru service.

Members may utilize the deposit drop boxes (located next to the ATM in Marshall and Battle Creek and near the entrance in Coldwater) which are being checked throughout the day.

As always, you can access your account by debit card, surcharge-free ATM, through online banking, and the MCCU mobile app. We are also available by phone at 269-781-9885 during regular business hours, or email at MemberServices@marshallcommunitycu.com.

These difficult decisions are necessary to protect the health of our employees, membership, and communities during these challenging times. We appreciate your flexibility and patience as we respond to the latest updates regarding COVID-19 guidelines and assist you with your financial needs.
