As many of you are aware, we have been making several changes here at Problem Solved Pest Control.
One of our newest changes will take place on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 3rd, 2022.
This change involves us switching our software to a version that is more up-to-date with our growing company and will hopefully make things easier in the long run.
You Asked, We Listened!

Along with our new software, we will have a new customer portal that will enable you to pay and view past invoices!

This means we will no longer be using Paypal to process payments, which will make our payment process much easier.
All of our office staff will be switching to this new software; as a result, we may be a little slower on response times.

We are working on learning everything we need to know with our new system, so we do ask for your patience in the near future while we complete the transfer and work out any kinks that may come up.

Your services and accounts with us will NOT be affected. If anything does pop up for us, we will reach out to fix it.
We will still try to answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails as soon as we can, but please allow some extra response time due to this switchover.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to modify and improve our company.
