-How long has Manchester School of Technology been with Tango Flight?
I met Dan Weyant, of Tango Flight, several years ago at an AOPA Aviation Education Symposium. In late 2018, the museum was looking to expand our aviation education programs with local high schools. Tango Flight had a successful high school aircraft build program, so I approached Dan about supporting the museum in starting an RV build program in NH. Dan jumped right onboard with us, so we approached the Manchester School of Technology in January of 2019 to propose the RV-12 build program. Our first aircraft build program began with the very next school year, 2019-2020. It is a great partnership among all three organizations: Aviation Museum of NH, Tango Flight, and Manchester School of Technology.
