A message from Chris Macheca
As you all know, PassTime is growing, and lately it is growing at a very rapid pace. Our management team is keenly aware that to meet the ongoing challenges we face both today and in the future it is essential that we invest in our greatest asset – our people. Toward that end, I’m pleased to announce that PassTime has entered into an arrangement with Main Event Management Corporation to provide training in Model-Netics® its flagship management & organization development program. The goal in implementing this program is to build a stronger team that communicates effectively and efficiently with one another. In addition to you, much of the company’s executive team will be invested in the process – both participating in the training sessions while also facilitating breakout groups. This decision to commit our time to this training initiative was not a decision taken lightly, but we feel strongly this initiative is absolutely the right decision at the right time.
