Join us for an exciting celebration as we mark the 60th anniversary of the Illinois Arts Council (IAC)! This year-long celebration will feature a vibrant social media campaign that highlights the voices of Illinois artists, arts organizations, elected officials, and community leaders.

The IAC is excited to celebrate our accomplishments with YOU! We invite IAC grantees to participate in our social media campaign by sharing a short 30-second video testimonial demonstrating how the IAC has affected your arts programming or artistic practice. Please remember to tag the IAC and include the hashtags: #IllinoisArtsCouncil, #IAC60, #IAC60Strong, and #IAC60andBeyond.

Guidelines for Your Video:

• Film your message using your cell phone.
• Hold your phone vertically (long side up and down).
• Keep your video under 30 seconds.
• Choose a well-lit area for filming.
• Speak clearly and avoid noisy surroundings.
• Include your name and affiliation; feel free to mention any IAC grants/awards received.
• Share positive messages—this is a celebration of the IAC’s 60 years of work!
