Anatomy of a Miracle
Anatomy of a Miracle
by Jonathan Miles

MIles takes you down the miraculous recovery and whirlwind journey of Cameron Harris, a veteran suffering from paralysis. Masked as a "true story", Miles had me duped and mesmerized for the entire reading of the novel -- through Harris's crisis, reality TV career, self reflection and acceptance. Stunningly written, I found myself "walking" with Harris to self identity.

The Flight Attendant
The Flight Attendant
by Chris Bohjalian

Cassie is an international flight attendant and a binge drinker, frequently waking up not knowing where she is, or who she's with. One morning, she wakes up in Dubai next to a dead body. As a single woman in Dubai, she's afraid to call the police, so quietly leaves the hotel. She lies to her fellow flight attendants on her next flight, and to the FBI agents in New York who meet her at the gate. Soon it's too late to come clean-or face the truth about what really happened back in Dubai. Could she have killed him? If not, who did?
