To Our Valued Customers:
Today, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker issued a stay-at-home advisory to all Massachusetts residents, starting tomorrow, March 24, at noon, and lasting through
April 7, 2020.
This means Eldred’s will be physically closed through April 7,
but many of our staff will be working remotely and will be able to answer questions and process payments
. We will also be carrying on online, and with a modified auction schedule.
As of now, our April 2 sale will continue as planned, however, only online and absentee bids will be accepted. To submit an absentee bid, please call 508-385-3116 and leave a message, or email
. Because of the stay-at-home advisory, there will be no public exhibition, but we will post numerous photos on our website.
We strongly encourage that payment be made via credit card or wire/ACH transfer. (Wire/ACH payment instructions are included with invoices.)
For payment processing please call the following:
Between the hours of 8:30 am and 10:30 am Eastern, call: 508-737-6467.
Between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm Eastern, call 508-737-6415.
From now until April 7, we will apply the 2% cash discount to ALL payment methods including credit cards.
We expect shipping delays for in-house as well as out-sourced shipping. After the stay-at-home advisory is lifted, our third-party shippers will be able to pick up merchandise to ship out to you.
Please look to our website for additional information as we anticipate rescheduling a few auctions later on this spring.
