Dear Community Leaders and Members of Anne Arundel County,
We're excited to invite you to key engagement opportunities that will shape the future of Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park. Your voice and perspective are essential as we envision this important space together.
The draft master plan for Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park will be posted on the project website (aacounty.org/CrownsvillePark) tomorrow, Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Following the posting, a 45-day review period will run from October 10 to November 24, 2024, during which the public is encouraged to submit comments and feedback via the project email address Crownsville-Park-Comments@aacounty.org.
Also, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Rolling Knolls Elementary School (1985 Valley Rd, Annapolis, MD), The Department of Public Works will host a Public Open House to unveil the draft master plan for Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park. This is your chance to explore the concepts and designs firsthand, ask questions, and share one-on-one with master planning team members what matters most to you. Please feel free to stop by anytime between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Then, on Wednesday, October 30, join County Executive Steuart Pittman for a town hall-style conversation at Baldwin Hall (1358 Millersville Rd, Millersville, MD) to discuss the draft master plan. This meeting will give you another opportunity to offer your insights and ensure the community's voice is at the forefront of this process. Visit aacounty.org/CrownsvillePark for more information.
As always, we have other updates for you below.
